Location: 100% remote work

• Configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability

• Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance

• Performing independently and developing subject matter expertise

• Actively participating in team discussions and contributing solutions to work related challenges

• Collaborating with cross functional teams to identify and implement application enhancements

• Conducting thorough testing and validation of packaged applications to ensure optimal performance
