Packaging and Artwork Planner

Position Purpose
To manage the Printed Materials Artwork Process and Execution for the whole Pharmaceuticals business in ANZ, AFRICA and AMENA.
To ensure timely implementation of all new and changed artworks into the Markets, working closing with Supply Planning, Marketing, QA, Regulatory and external partners – EMOs and Art-house.
Lead the end to end packaging activities from Health Authority submission to market launch
To ensure all quality requirements are met during the design, review and implementation
To manage the relationship with the Art-house to support the program, ensure cost containment and accuracy of billing.
To Manage the Printed Materials Library – Artwork files, Shade cards and other supporting materials
To develop Tracker to view of all artwork changes, prioritise activity with Internal and external stakeholders
