Packaging and Artwork Planner

Position Purpose

To manage the
Printed Materials Artwork Process and Execution
for the whole Pharmaceuticals business in ANZ, AFRICA and AMENA.

• To ensure timely implementation of all new and changed artworks into the Markets, working closing with Supply Planning, Marketing, QA, Regulatory and external partners – EMOs and Art-house.
• Lead the end to end packaging activities from Health Authority submission to market launch
• To ensure all quality requirements are met during the design, review and implementation
• To manage the relationship with the Art-house to support the program, ensure cost containment and accuracy of billing.
• To Manage the Printed Materials Library – Artwork files, Shade cards and other supporting materials
• To develop Tracker to view of all artwork changes, prioritise activity with Internal and external stakeholders
