Packaging Development Manager

Summary of the role

You’ll lead packaging development for new and improved products, ensuring packaging solutions work end-to-end from design to plant execution, supporting trials and validation, resolving line issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver business, quality, and continuity goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Packaging project delivery: develop and implement packaging for NPD/ renovations, line extensions, business continuity and CI, including equipment or line changes.
• Trials, validation & troubleshooting: coordinate trials, shelf‑life/ sensory support, packaging validation, and provide SME support for plant/quality troubleshooting.
