Job Description: Packaging Development Specialist
Exp- 8-10 years 
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and industrialize primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for FMCG products across multiple SKUs
Partner with the brand team to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into effective packaging
Lead packaging development and innovation for new product launches, renovations, and promotions under tight timelines
Specify packaging materials and components optimized for high-speed filling, packing, and distribution
Conduct packaging performance, transport, shelf-life, and consumer-use testing
Support factory trials, line validations, and scale-up activities in high-volume manufacturing plants
Manage packaging suppliers, including technical alignment, cost negotiation, and performance evaluation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, material lightweighting, and sustainability
