Packaging Engineer (Labeling Specialist)

Location

Reynosa Taumalipas, or Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua (Willing to relocate, No relocation bonus).

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial product labeling and packaging

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain labeling solutions for industrial / HVAC products, including primary, secondary, and logistics labels
• Own label artwork development, version control, and change management in line with product and regulatory requirements
• Strong hands‑on experience with label design software such as Bartender and CodeSoft
• Manage label content definition including part numbers, barcodes, QR codes, regulatory symbols, multilingual text, and product information
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ASTM, ISO, customer standards, and regional compliance requirements)
