Packaging Engineer

The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging materials meet the required performance, quality, and regulatory standards across the EURASIA region. This role focuses on improving existing packaging solutions to enhance cost efficiency, sustainability, and manufacturability. The successful candidate will lead packaging validation and troubleshooting activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate packaging documentation and specifications.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead packaging performance evaluations to ensure materials meet all functional, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement packaging improvements that optimize cost, reduce manufacturing complexity, and support sustainability objectives
• Investigate and resolve packaging material failures in line with Solenis Quality procedures, ensuring timely corrective action.
