Job Description

What you will do

  • Manage requisition and order flows for timely supply of raw materials for production

  • Ensure supplier order confirmations and monitor deliveries/arrival. Manage deviations

  • Manage inbound vessel planning where relevant, comply with rolling forecasts frequency

  • requirement, ensure close monitoring of ad hoc change needs, coordinate with regional advisor and other internal stakeholders ( internal supply department, logistics department)

  • Facilitate planning between manufacturing site, logistics, and relevant supply department regarding vessel nominations and timing with clear understanding of site operational boundaries and processes for vessel selections and arrival windows through collaboration with manufacturing site teams (plant & documentation requirements, annual purchase for surveyor services, etc.)
