Job Purpose

The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for raw materials and packaging materials.
• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials according to production plans and business needs.
• Monitor procurement schedules and supplier lead times.
• Prevent supply disruptions and material shortages.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve best prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and corrective action plans.
