Plan and supervise daily blow molding production activities to meet volume and quality targets.
Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and maintenance in collaboration with the engineering team.
Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the blow molding area.
