Packaging/Manufacturig Engineer (Automotive)

We are looking for Packaging/Manufacturing Engineer, for our team in Barcelona area to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector to: support the design, development and implementation of packaging solutions , ensuring quality, cost control and production efficiency , acting as a technical reference within the packaging area and in manufacturing environments.

Missions:

• Design, develop and technically follow up packaging equipment and solutions , including replacement alternatives (cardboard, etc.).
• Define packaging solutions (type, density, functional specifications) during quotation and industrialization phases.
• Provide technical support to production , solving technical issues and contributing to continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Manage and validate industrialization phases : mock-ups, supplier prototype validation, fine tuning, first packaging approval and transfer to production.
