• Pack all finished ceramic stock according to Rialheim quality and packaging standards
• Allocate, track, and manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) across production stages
• Label, organise, and store packed stock correctly within the studio
• Coordinate with production teams to prioritise urgent or deadline-driven items
• Ensure fragile handling protocols are followed at all times
• Assist with stock preparation for dispatch and internal transfers
• Support quality control by identifying and flagging defects, damage, or inconsistencies
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and organisation in packing and storage areas
• Assist with weekly stocktakes when required
