Responsibilities This position is located within a factory of Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (trade name UNICOR), at a Bureau of Prisons (BOP) correctional facility. Works under the direct supervision of the Factory Manager and is responsible for the technical and administrative supervision of inmate workers in the processing and packaging of a variety of products. Assigns projects, sets general work priorities, and provides technical assistance as needed. Plans, schedules, and coordinates work operations using the shop floor control module of Systems, Applications and Products (SAP).
