At TakaTaka Solutions, We collect your waste like every other waste collector, but, instead of taking it to a landfill, we take it to our own sites, where we sort the waste, and then recycle 95% either ourselves or through our local partners. This represents one of the highest recycling rates in the world.

Packhouse Manager (Sorting Plant)
Job Purpose:
To manage and coordinate daily operations at TakaTaka Solutions’ Material Recovery Facilities, ensuring efficient sorting, baling, storage, and dispatch of recyclable materials. The MRF Manager is responsible for achieving operational targets, maintaining safety and quality standards, improving process efficiency, and leading a motivated and high-performing team.
