Packhouse Supervisor

The Packhouse Supervisor plans, executes and controls activities and programs for the safe and efficient operation of the bagged, tonner and bulk loading equipment during the assigned shift.  Ensure that cement withdrawals are within quality specifications such as bag weights, cement temperature, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, schedules, and leads Packhouse operations, ensuring manpower, equipment availability, and withdrawal plans align with production and quality targets.
• Oversees sampling of in-process and finished products to maintain quality standards, and coordinate with Logistics, QA, and Maintenance teams.
• Monitors and reports packhouse performance, encodes operational data into the Technical Information System, and prepares shift reports.
• Leads, coaches, and develops the shift team, ensures adherence to operational procedures (IMS), and addresses training and performance needs.
