  Overview 
 Hire Resolve is seeking a Packing and Dispatch Superintendent to join their client in Port Shepstone.
 In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the packing and dispatch operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers. You will manage a team of packing and dispatch staff, monitor inventory levels, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
  Responsibilities: 
 Supervise and coordinate packing and dispatch operations
 Manage a team of packing and dispatch staff
 Ensure orders are packed accurately and timely
 Develop and manage systems and processes.
 Ensure all work carried out complies with legislation and quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure availability of products
 Maintain compliance with quality, health, and safety standards
