Packline Defect Sorting Specialist

32 Degrees South Fruit (Pty) Ltd, a fruit packing facility situated in the Koue Bokkeveld
, has the above position available for a detail-oriented and focused individual to optimally operate the defect sorting on their GREEFA packing line.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Operating a computerized packing line with advanced camera technology *Refine GREEFA algorithms and defect definitions to ensure optimal pack-out yield *Continuously adjust programs to address false defects *Apply data-driven management and decision-making skills *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent computer skills, with previous experience in fruit packing software (particularly machine learning) and/or programming;
