PAD Engineer: Polymer Product Innovation & Scale-Up

LyondellBasell in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a Product and Application Development (PAD) engineer focused on developing polymer compounds for automotive and industrial applications. You will lead technical efforts, work closely with multiple departments, and ensure product quality from lab to production.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer or Material Science and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in engineering plastics development. This position requires strong computer skills and the ability to operate independently.
