Paediatric Cardiologist (Brampton)

Job Description

The Department of Paediatrics is seeking a full‑time associate paediatric cardiologist to provide effective paediatric cardiology services at both hospital sites. Remuneration is fee‑for‑service as set by the OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees. Successful applicants are expected to have an academic appointment at Toronto Metropolitan School of Medicine.

Accountabilities

• Share in the reporting and interpretation of all paediatric diagnostic cardiology including EKG, Holter monitoring and echocardiography
• Provide clinic‑based paediatric cardiology consultations to paediatricians and family physicians in the Osler catchment area
• Urgent paediatric cardiology consultations will be provided to the on‑call paediatricians in the NICU and the inpatient Paediatric Unit
