Location: Buckinghamshire & Surrounding Areas
Working pattern: Hybrid with 2 days from home and 3 days in the community
Salary: Up to £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Due to continued growth across Buckinghamshire and neighbouring regions, this is a stable, long-term leadership opportunity.

About the Role As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership across community packages, supporting children, families and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.
