-Monitor and analyze the merchandising KPIs ( inventory, sell thru etc ) 
- Ensures proactive analysis and information of orders and delivery issues.
- Range/OTB planning for seasonal buys for the all channels 
- To set proper stock quantity for new opening stores
- Managing mark down price to maximize margins 
- Management of report package
- Allocate merchandise at style/color/size level based to maximize the sales
- Develop and manage allocation strategies for various product category by store location while maintaining our format strategies
- Monitor sales and update management on replenishment strategy for all key item / classification programs
- Understand the relationship of product assortment planning and merchandise allocation to financial plans and profitability
