Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Paid Acquisition & Growth Performance Lead to own traffic generation, conversion efficiency, and campaign performance across paid channels. You are accountable for FTD, CAC, cost efficiency, and trading activity.
What You Will Own (CORE RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Paid Acquisition Ownership (Primary)
· Own performance across paid channels:
o Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
o Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
o TikTok (where applicable)
· Manage budgets, scaling decisions, and performance targets
· Optimise campaigns toward FTD, deposits, and active traders
· Decide when to scale, pause, or kill campaigns
- Funnel & Conversion Performance
· Own full acquisition funnel:
o Click → Lead → FTD → Active Trading
· Work with landing pages, forms, and flows (no coding required)
· Identify drop-offs and conversion leaks
