Paid Ads Assistant

We are currently managing a growing portfolio of freelance paid ads clients. As we transition into a full-scale agency, we need a detail-oriented assistant to work directly with me. You will be given high-level training and advanced resources with the goal of eventually managing accounts independently.

The Role:

No experience? No problem. You will follow strict, step-by-step SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to handle the research and preparation that powers our Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer & Angle Research: Use our frameworks to research buyer personas, pain points, and competitor strategies.
• Cross-Platform Copywriting: Draft headlines and ad copy for Meta and Google Ads based on our proven marketing angles.
• Creative Planning & Asset Prep: Create simple briefs for designers and organize ready-to-upload asset packs (images, videos, and headlines).
