Paid Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a results driven Ads Manager with proven experience running successful paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and Linkedin Ads. This role is focused on performance, optimization, and strategic guidance working closely with the creative and marketing teams to maximize ROI and scale campaigns efficiently.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, able not only to manage campaigns but also to advise on ad content, messaging, and audience targeting to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
• Linkedin Ads

2) Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, including:

• Custom audiences
• Lookalike audiences
• Retargeting funnels
