Paid Ads Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist  to join our growth team. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads , ensuring efficient spend, optimized performance, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for data, is detail-oriented, and eager to grow in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads .
• Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals.
• Conduct A/B testing  on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports  for internal teams and stakeholders.
