Paid Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Paid Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid marketing across the full funnel, from demand generation and awareness through to conversion.

This is an ownership role, not an execution seat.

You will set the paid strategy, build our demand-gen motion across paid channels such as YouTube and paid social/video, and scale it with quality, while driving efficient conversion across Google, Microsoft (Bing), LinkedIn, Meta, and other performance channels.

We expect you to bring a point of view, make the call on where budget goes across the funnel, and move the needle on growth and pipeline, not just maintain existing campaigns.

Deep SaaS performance marketing experience is required.

This role is full-time and remote.

Channel scope: You will own paid across the full SaaS stack, including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, product and review-site listings, and any other paid platform that earns its place....
