Paid Media & Local Advertising Manager
with expertise in real estate and local service advertising to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

This role focuses on managing their digital ad spend efficiently, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing visibility in local search markets (Google Maps, LSA, and beyond).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LSA (Local Services Ads)
• Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and audience targeting for lead gen
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns across platforms
• Track conversion rates, CPA, and lead quality metrics
