Job Description

NeoWork is hiring a LinkedIn Media Buyer & Paid Ads Lead to manage and optimize B2B paid campaigns for a fast-growing partner. This role is focused on owning LinkedIn advertising efforts end to end, from campaign setup and audience targeting to performance analysis and continuous optimization.

You will work closely with marketing and revenue teams to execute data-driven campaigns, test creatives, and improve pipeline performance. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working with CRM data, and confident operating independently in a remote, async environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns end to end, including setup, budgeting, bidding, and optimization
  • Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including matched audiences from CRM data
  • Upload, segment, and maintain audience lists from Salesforce or similar platforms
