About The Role
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive direct bookings, high-quality leads, and brand visibility. This role requires a data-driven marketer with experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of the luxury travel and/or hospitality consumer sectors. You will own campaign execution end-to-end—from strategy and setup to daily optimization and reporting—and work closely with our brand, revenue management, and creative teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
