Job Description
The Paid Media Specialist plays a critical role in driving the company's customer acquisition, brand visibility and commercial performance through effective paid media planning, campaign execution and ongoing optimisation across digital channels.
This role is responsible for building, managing and refining high‑performing campaigns that support key business objectives while ensuring efficient spend and measurable return.
This is not a hands‑off agency management role. We are looking for someone who understands platform mechanics, audience behaviour, creative testing, conversion journeys and performance analysis. The ideal candidate can comfortably move between campaign setup, budget allocation, optimisation, reporting and insight generation while operating within a fast‑moving environment.
