Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & other platforms
Test new ad formats, creatives, audiences, and funnels
Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments
Analyze campaign data and prepare insight reports
Work closely with marketing & creative teams
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in Paid Media
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Passion for testing, scaling, and performance growth
