Paid Media Specialist

Location: Madrid, Spain, 100% on site

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Media Manager in media planning and execution, including scheduling, budget tracking, and campaign monitoring
• Coordinate with media platforms and agencies (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) for campaign setup, launch, and daily optimization support
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.), with basic analysis and insights
• Assist in managing media channels and relationships, supporting communication and material preparation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution aligned with overall strategy
• Handle daily coordination tasks, including cross-team communication

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese and English and familiar with the Spanish local market
