The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3 years of paid media/ads experience (Google Ads and/or Meta), focused on retail and e-commerce clients
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and adapt to new ways of working
- A positive attitude and a hunger to learn, grow, and collaborate
- Basic applied knowledge of 1–2 performance marketing channels and tools (including reporting, tracking/pacing, and optimizing)
