About the Role
We are looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
to support performance driven user acquisition. This is a hands on execution role for someone analytical, structured, and eager to grow in a high volume, KPI focused environment.
What You'll Do
• Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, DSP, and Native channels (based on assigned scope).
• Monitor daily KPIs: CTR, CPC, CVR, FTD, CPA.
• Support scaling of profitable campaigns under supervision.
• Pause / adjust underperforming ads based on defined benchmarks.
• Support new GEO testing and market research.
• Ensure proper tracking implementation (UTMs, pixels, events).
• Prepare structured daily & weekly performance reports.
• Conceptualize landing page flows and propose conversion driven structures (headline, offer positioning, CTA placement)....
