The Role

We're hiring a Paid Media & Performance Specialist to fully own paid advertising performance across multiple client accounts. This role goes beyond simply running ads.

You will be responsible for:

• Paid media execution
• Performance optimization
• Funnel insights
• Creative feedback
• Tracking and attribution health

Work Schedule:
This role is full-time and requires availability 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (California time).

• Our creative team produces all content.
• You control the ads, performance, optimization, and insights.
