Paid Search Manager

We are looking for a Paid Search Manager with proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing fundamentals, works well within a team, and takes ownership of results. This role requires both analytical thinking and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on GoogleAds
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
• Manage search, display, remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets strategically
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and web teams

Requirements
