Paid Social Designer

We're looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Designer who knows how to build static ads that convert — not just look good.

In this role, you'll translate creative strategy into high-impact static ads built specifically for paid social environments. Your work will directly influence testing velocity, scaling performance, and revenue growth.

You won't just design assets. You'll help uncover winning angles, extend creative lifecycles, and compound paid media efficiency across pods.
