Motion Recrutiment currently partnering with an iconic Australian fashion and retail powerhouse to find a Paid Social Executive who is ready to take the reins.
Our client is the driving force behind three of Australia's most celebrated heritage brands. They are looking for a performance-driven specialist to step up and take full ownership of their paid social ecosystem. This isn't just a support role-this is a chance to lead a key channel autonomously, managing everything from strategy to execution for brands that define the Australian wardrobe.

The Role Working closely with their internal Marketing and eCommerce teams, you will be the dedicated expert for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the Strategy: Own the end-to-end paid social roadmap, moving beyond execution into high-level channel growth.
• Drive Performance: Launch full-funnel campaigns designed to hit aggressive commercial and brand KPIs.
