We're looking for a performance marketer who understands one thing deeply:
profitable growth for DTC brands.
Not just running ads. Not just hitting platform metrics. But scaling in a way that improves contribution margin and makes the business stronger.
You've either worked in-house at a DTC startup or inside an agency managing real DTC accounts. You know how to build from zero. You know how to test properly. And you understand that creative is the lever.
This role blends performance strategy with creative execution. You'll structure accounts, test hypotheses, and mock up ad concepts yourself using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. We care about people who can think and execute.

- Build and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Meta will be your primary focus.
