• 3+ years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing

• Hands-on experience managing multi-platform campaigns

• Strong analytical and optimization skills

• Experience with reporting, KPIs, and campaign performance metrics

• Ability to work cross-functionally in collaborative environments

• Advanced communication skills in English (B2)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Paid Social strategies aligned with client goals

• Manage campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting

• Handle budget allocation, forecasting, and performance analysis
