Paid Social Specialist

Remote and Talent is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join an international marketing team within the marketing and advertising industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. You will work closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with business objectives, while ensuring efficient budget management and strong ROI.

We are looking for a senior-level profile with at least 5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, a strong performance-driven and analytical mindset, and the ability to make data-backed decisions. This is a full-time, fully remote contractor position, open to candidates based in Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico.
