Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time outpatient Pain Management opportunity in North Phoenix, Arizona. The incoming APP will join a growing outpatient pain management practice focused on evaluating and managing chronic pain conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning, collaboration with physicians, medication management support, follow-up care, patient education, and EMR documentation.
