Job Summary:

The Paint Finisher is responsible for preparing, refinishing, and polishing automotive surfaces to the highest standards. This includes surface preparation, paint application, and final finishing of vehicles following repairs or custom modifications. The role requires keen attention to detail, in-depth knowledge of automotive paints and materials, and proficiency with modern spray equipment and refinishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:
Sand, mask, and clean vehicle panels to prepare them for painting

.Repair surface imperfections including scratches, dents, and rust.
Paint Application:
Mix and apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats according to manufacturer specifications.

Operate spray guns and booths in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
