Job Description
Join the assembly operations unit as a Paint Technician. Manage the intricate paint process, ensuring quality control and efficiency in engine production.
You'll be responsible for the complete paint preparation, inspection, and maintenance processes critical to engine assembly. This includes painting all parts according to engineering specifications, filing inspection reports, and performing repairs as needed. Additionally, you will operate paint systems and maintain inventory levels for essential materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and paint engine components per engineering specs
• Document inspection results and non-conformities
• Operate safety-compliant paint booths and maintain conditions
• Control electrostatic guns and manage paint inventory
• Perform scheduled maintenance on paint systems
