Painter - Accidents

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, masking, priming, sanding, and spray painting on all types of fleet vehicles, taxis, limos, VIP cars, buses, etc.
• Mix and match paint colours accurately according to manufacturer specifications or fleet colour standards.
• Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats using spray guns in a controlled booth environment.
• Ensure proper drying and curing of painted surfaces using infrared or baking systems.
• Perform minor touch-ups and blending work to achieve seamless finishes.
• Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and carry out polishing or rectification work as needed.
• Ensure proper masking of non-painted areas to avoid overspray.
• Maintain and clean spray booths, guns, and painting equipment regularly.
• Ensure proper use of PPE.
• Coordinate with denters, polishers, and estimators to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of repaired vehicles. <...
