Permanent, full time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £31,961 per annum (increasing to £32,920 from 01/08/2026)

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and will help to ensure the highest possible standard of maintenance is provided throughout the College buildings and remote properties. You will assist with furniture moves, meter readings and PAT testing, and contribute to general maintenance tasks.

Working hours will generally be Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm. Some overtime and occasional weekend working may be required.
