**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare job sites for construction tasks, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
+ Operate hand and power tools efficiently to assist in construction tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to lift 75+ pounds comfortably and safely.

**Work Environment**

Work is primarily conducted outdoors. The schedule varies on specific contract, with potential shifts on weekends. Employees will be involved in lifting materials, cleanup, painting, and paint preparation.
