Painter II (Hiring Immediately)

Hydraulics International, Inc (HII) seeks a Painter II responsible to apply paint to products.
Experience:

• Prepare and clean surfaces by sanding and wiping them with solvent
• Mask different surfaces as needed
• Load and off-load parts on/from paint racks
• Mix and prepare primer and paint per manufactures' instruction
• Check appropriate surface treatment and preparation prior to painting
• Spray primer and paint on a wide variety of parts with different sizes, shapes, and contours
• Operate curing oven and monitor temperature and curing cycle time
• Perform visual inspection on painted parts to ensure final quality
• Clean and maintain all paint booth apparatus such as paint guns, filters, etc.
