Our client, Allquip Pty Ltd t/as Allquip Water Trucks is currently seeking for a Vehicle Painter to join their growing workshop team. The role involves surface preparation, colour matching, and the application of high-quality paint finishes to truck cabins, tankers, and water truck bodies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare truck surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming to ensure proper paint adhesion.
2. Mix and colour-match paint to manufacturer specifications or customer requirements using digital or manual methods.
3. Apply primers, basecoats, and topcoats using spray-painting equipment in accordance with job specifications.
4. Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups, blending, and polishing as required.
