Job Summary:
The Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, units, and common areas. The role ensures that all painting tasks meet quality and safety standards, contributing to the property's upkeep and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, priming)
• Mix and match paint colors
• Apply paint or finishes using a brush, roller, or spray
• Protect the surrounding areas before painting
• Inspect areas and report needed repairs
• Repair minor drywall issues
• Maintain painting tools and equipment
• Store materials properly and dispose of waste safely
